ELECTRICAL SCOOTER LEGISLATIONS IN AUSTRALIA 2023 STATE-BY-STATE OVERVIEW

In New South Wales, it's only lawful to ride electric scooters on personal property. However, the Transport Preacher did not push through e-scooter trials in Sydney regardless of the National Transport Compensation's (NTC) suggestion in August 2020. Up until now, there's no news regarding this development, leading to NSW hanging back other states.
